2. Scope
These Terms govern the online sale of art prints, stationery, handmade decorative objects, illustrations, handcrafted products and related goods offered by The Flow Design.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms.
3. Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Due to differences in screen settings and display technologies, actual colors may vary slightly.
As many products are handmade, minor variations between items may occur.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the customer's selected currency when available.
Applicable taxes are calculated according to the destination country and local regulations.
Shipping fees are displayed separately before checkout.
The Flow Design reserves the right to modify prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders.
5. Orders
An order becomes final upon successful payment.
The Flow Design reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including:
- incomplete or inaccurate information;
- suspected fraud;
- previous disputes;
- inability to fulfill the order.
If an order is canceled by the seller, all amounts paid will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed during checkout.
Transactions are processed through secure payment providers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from France.
Estimated processing times:
- Paper products: 1–5 business days
- Handmade made-to-order products: 5–10 business days
Transit times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Delivery estimates are provided for information purposes only and are not guaranteed.
The Flow Design is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.
Customers must contact The Flow Design before returning any item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products must be:
- unused;
- in original condition;
- securely packaged.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
10. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalized products;
- custom-made products;
- items made to customer specifications;
- products that cannot reasonably be resold after use.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact The Flow Design within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Photos may be requested.
Depending on the circumstances, The Flow Design may offer:
- replacement;
- exchange;
- partial refund;
- full refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, texts, logos and website content remain the exclusive property of The Flow Design.
No content may be reproduced, copied or distributed without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Flow Design shall not be liable for:
- misuse of products;
- indirect damages;
- temporary website interruptions;
- events beyond reasonable control.
14. Personal Data
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
