Refund policy
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.
Customers must contact The Flow Design before returning any item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products must be:
- unused;
- in original condition;
- securely packaged.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalized products;
- custom-made products;
- items made to customer specifications;
- products that cannot reasonably be resold after use.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact The Flow Design within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Photos may be requested.
Depending on the circumstances, The Flow Design may offer:
- replacement;
- exchange;
- partial refund;
- full refund.
