1. Shipping Destinations

The Flow Design currently ships to many countries worldwide.

2. Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Paper Goods

Art prints, bookmarks, calendars, stickers, and stationery products:

1–5 business days

Handmade Made-to-Order Products

Decorative objects and handcrafted creations:

5–10 business days

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during busy periods, collection launches, holidays, or exceptional circumstances.


3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped from France using:

  • La Poste
  • Colissimo
  • Mondial Relay (where available)
  • any other carrier offered at checkout

The carrier used depends on destination, package size, weight, and available services.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Estimated delivery dates displayed on the website are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, The Flow Design cannot guarantee actual delivery times.


5. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a tracking number after shipment.

Tracking updates can be viewed directly through the carrier's website.


6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The Flow Design cannot be held responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses;
  • incomplete shipping information;
  • deliveries made to the address provided during checkout.

Any reshipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears delayed or lost, customers are encouraged to contact The Flow Design.

An investigation may be opened with the relevant carrier.

Investigation timelines depend solely on the carrier.


8. Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged, customers should:

  • take photographs of the package and contents;
  • keep all original packaging;
  • contact The Flow Design as soon as possible.

Each case will be reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution.


9. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges, including:

  • customs duties;
  • local VAT;
  • import taxes;
  • carrier administrative fees.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The Flow Design has no control over such charges and cannot predict or reimburse them.


10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or not collected within the carrier's required timeframe:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable;
  • return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from any applicable refund.
